Tata Docomo — Improper deduction of balance | |||
Im using prepaid mobile connection of Tata docomo.Im facing so many issues in that.Before from my mobile balance one rupee got deducted ever day and if not interested asked me to call to the number for de-activating the same.But if i call to that number it is replying as i have no activated service but amount got deducted.Then i spoke to the customer care(198 complaint registration service) and they said it is fault from their end but they cant refund the entire amount and refunded 15 rupees.Now again on of a sudden two rupees is getting deducted everyday without my notice.So many times i tried calling customer care but customer service persons are busy handling other calls and could not be connected.Today morning again i tried one lady picked up the call and while speaking she kept on hold in between.I need a solution to this issue.I want my deducted money back soon.Please help me as apart from phone banking i dont know where to raise a complaint against tata docomo,My mobile no is [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
