[Resolved] Tata Docomo — INCOMING & OUTGOING BARRED | |||
Took 2 new numbers on Rs.99 PLAN and later requested to close because of poor signal coverage and they responded saying “We would like to inform you that your request has been registered on 18/June/2012. Your Request number for the same is[protected],[protected]. We request you to make note of this service request number for future communication and correspondence.” and till today they keep on invoicing for the 2 connections and when checked with CUSTOMER CARE they are saying "I would like to inform you that as per our records your numbers [protected] & [protected] are in active status .Please be informed that as per the request[protected] and[protected] has been closed as you agreed to retain in our network.". After that they have barred my INCOMING & OUTGOING for 7 times which is affecting my daily life. NEW TREND AND REQUESTING CONSUMERS TO BE AWARE OF THIS TYPE OF CHEATING.
