[Resolved] Tata Docomo — No signals | |||
Madam / Sir I have always looked upon Tata brand as a symbol of trust, but I was shocked at the level of service I have received from Tata Docomo. It is two months since I have taken the SIM (postpaid), but there always has been a problem of signals. Due to this the quality of call is bad and we have to call back several times and cut a sorry figure in front of friends and relatives. I have brought this into notice of Tata Docomo customer care 2 times, and they promised of a feasible solution. But till date the problem has not been fixed - the customer care executives are not prepared to mention when they are planning to erect towers in the vicinity.
