[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Inordinate Charges in Postpaid Bill

Dear Sir, I am post paid customer of TATADOCOMO.I had opted for Tata Docomo through portablity in the month of May 2013 considering that it has got brand name and internet services are good (Mobile No [protected]).Ever since I got this TataDocomo there was issues with internet services.I had registered complain on customer care no 121 many time but no concerete solution was offered.Again I raised this issues with department time and again.I was assured that since I am not able to fully utilised my Internet pact of Rs.99 having 1.5GB data, I shall be refunded amount paid for it in previous month.Further I had word with your department that since I am not able to use internet facility due to weak signal, I should be given another plan.I was informed by tata docomo that I can use plan of Rs 50 having 500MB data.I had accepted this offer.However I came to know through subsequent bills that my internet plan was deactivated and no new plan was activated as agreed by tatadocomo.I was told to pay Rs.1500(Approximately).I think these are inordinate charges lavid to me.I had received a call from tatatocomo where in it was agreed that I have to pay Rs.545 in settlement.I said I will pay this amount but I want this statement in writting since I have been talkiing to tatadocomo about internet issues through call and nothing has been done.Further I am shocked and saden by the treatment of your customer care executives and their false promises.My outgoing services has been discontiued.I am having ailing father at home and he is lookafter by my wife.I am willing to port out again and settle the issue amicably. Further I have seen that My current bill for the month of Oct 13, which is around Rs.1500.How can this be so high when I am not using my no at all.I hubmly request you to look in to the matter.
