I am totally disturbed with the internet services of tata docomo...had recharged my account with rs 250 on 4 nov afternoon but is unable to get any 3g speed..tried clearing cookies nd everything..whenever i try to contact customer care they say pls clear cookies nd gives such answers dat they are just trying to get rid of customer... I want to know my remaining data balance but unable to do...111*# thing nd 191*# thing not working at all..there's no way to know ur data balance... M not getting any speed at all...just crap When i earlier tried to hav online 3g recharge with rs 250..no option for it is coming on their site..wen i tried to ask customer care about this dey said 250 plan is stil working but maybe due to some site problem its showing..nd dey are saying dis for some 5 days...totally useless customer care representatives who know nothing at all except lying to customers..
