[Resolved] Tata Docomo — deduction amount without use

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have tata docomo number([protected]), I am using this sim card in usb dongle for internet use.In recent I have recharge on 17th AUGUST 2011 of 48.0 Rs. GPRS pack(validity one month & 2GB free data use) & also recharge mail balance of 10.0 Rs.But after dounloading 144.803MB of data my net connection disconnected.after that I have recharge main balance 20.0 Rs. & 50.0Rs.but all the recharge amount deducted when I try to connect the internet.I have done call to customer care I didn't got satisfied.I have all the avidance (recording of communication with customer care & my internet use detail.
So, please solve this problem.
