[Resolved] Tata Docomo — deactivate confirmation message for cricket monthly pack | |||
Mobile no- [protected], Tata Docomo prepaid connection I regularly try to customer care "121" and they very casualy replyed there is no activate pack in my number and further pass it to therer senior excecutive. But unfortuntely senior excutive having no curtsy to make any reply. Yesterdsy I complain again "channel 99" and it is deactivated. But automaticaly " cricket monthly pack" activate without my knowledge. I could not understand how Tata Docomo activate there monthly pack without my knowledge and how it is procedure. I regularly requested customer care and Indian consumer complaints forum to deactivate all the monthly pack, but no action your end. Please look this matter. Was this information helpful? | |||
