Respected Sir, My mobile Number : [protected], Dated :10/12/2011 Time : 10:15 to 10:37, Wrongly Deducted SMS Charges, Per sms Rs 1/ deducted by company after 100 sms. I am not satisfied with your company's reply Tata Docomo Company have dual policy for customers. MNP Customer not get 200 sms per day per Rs 1 while while tata docomo Customer gets 200 sms per day per Rs 1. Dual Policy - New Way of Cheating MNP Customer Company has wrongly deducted Rs 80/- by imposing Strange rule for MNP Customer. I request Tata Docomo Customer care to give me Refund of Rs.80 wrongly charged for such kind of dual policy If Our SIM card is of TATA DOCOMO & we are tata docomo customer than how company can deduct sms charges for MNP CUSTOMER not for Tata Docomo customer No information given from tata docomo company of such kind of rule at any where. Neither on website nor by customer care department & not even when we join tata docomo company through mnp I request Tata Docomo Company to take steps against such kind of Rule & Give me Refund of Rs 80/- wrongly deducted It is a lesson & alert for customers who wish to JOIN TATA DOCOMO COMPANY VIA MNP.
