[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Illogical deduction on service messages | |||
Tata docomo is sending some service messages to all numbers and if you open the service message (you are not clicking on the link in that message) the amount would be deducted from your account. On 26th, I have experienced such an illogical deduction. I have received one service message and i have just opened this message as usual. But i didnt click on the links further to recieve or download anything. But still Rs.7 is deducted from my account. I have called their customer care, and even their managers are telling that this is the way of their service messages. So once you recieve this service message, you should not open this message( just delete it). Or else amount would be deducted without your knowledge..... Such a rubbish way of stealing amount...I am really felt ashamed to live in such a crooked world.... Was this information helpful? | |||

tata docomo service as very worst in net related activity. Today i play one game. That game absolutly free. But the deduct 91 rupees illegally. I spoke with customer care they are not responding properly. Actually tata group is trust and good service provider group. In that they also do the fraud. I never expect this. Very worst poor responsible. By k.manjunathan, hosur, tamilnadu.
