[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Vodafone to Tata Move docomo Mobile Number Portability complaint

Dear Bangalore Mobile Users,
This complaint is for you who want to become a TATA DOCOMO user .Please request you , do not try to port your existing mobile number to TATA DOCOMO.


Due to vodafone network issue, i had planned to move out from Vodafone . Unfortunately i processed applications with TATA DOCOMO.They asked me to get Unique Porting Code from VODA to start processing portability.I am telling you , the complete process has taken 1 & 1/2 months still they failed to resolve the problem.Now the situation is worst, my number has been already ported out from Vodafone and at the same time TATA DOCOMO failed to activate my number due to their technical issue .Now my number shows " Not Registered with Vodafone or TAT DOCOMO " Every time i called to DOCOMO customer care , i heard only one thing from them that the complaint is still in open state and our technical team is being working on it.

Despite of many follow up call, nothing turned in my favor. in other way I completely lost my old number. This is all happened because i went for small service provider TATA DOCOMO who always give false promise to customer.

Now my mobile sim is dead . Finally I am forced to buy another sim .

My dear friends , my request is not to go with TATA DOCOMO. I wish you should not face the same problem.
