[Resolved] Tata DoCoMo, Kerala — balance deduction | |||
I have a complaint regarding my Tata docomo service. On 1st October 2013. I rechaged my number [protected] with 18rs offer was for 150Mb 3g data.On 3rd October I used this sim on my tablet, which at that time had 118mb data remaining and main balance of 488 rs . After half an hour of browsing, when I checked there was a data balance of 17 Mb but my main balance was reduced to 17rs. When I called their customer care they told me it was because of some thing called "multiple session "browsing, in this if two tabs are open the first tab will use the data from the 3g balance and the second one will be charged from my main balance. The customer care guys are refusing to register even a complaint. Can you guys help me with my problem. Was this information helpful? | |||
