Dear Sir,
Today I rang up[protected], nobody picked up the phone at around 12.30 p.m. rang up customer care executive, he was unable to provide information that sim has come or city centre E003 shop nos. contact no. because I do not want to go and come back without sim, just wasted my time, money and effort. Being a private firm employee during working hours, I can not tell this story to my boss every now and then.
Is this customer care or customer harass department? Can you please let me know.
I shall be obliged if you can provide me the information that the SIM has come, I will get it, while I visit the shop.

Dear Sir,
Sub : Duplicate SIM
My Cell No. is [protected]. I lost my handset on last Sat. along with this number. Today I went to collect my duplicate SIM along with the necessary documents at city centre I, Shop No. E 003. After seating for 10 minutes they told me they were unable to deliver sim because there was no stock. I found in my life time this sorts of ridiculous excuse from such a leading company. Before going there, I rang up there no. 6555 1422, I got recorded message, did not get any customer care executive to know the exact location and transport. After spending 50/- along with one hour time, I had to hear this.
In fact, the nearest area in sector V or Ultadanga – is not available duplicate SIM. The representative is unable to provide the information whether it is available at Park Street or South City Mall?
After loosing my handset is painful, and getting this duplicate SIM is another harassment?
