I have Recharged My Tata Photon No: [protected] With Rs. 450. But I am getting whiz
Speed. Docomo Service Engineer Called me and inform that I will not get
Photon plus Speed in My location from now. But I got Tata Photon Speed in my
Location before.
There is my Question, If the Coverage Of Tata Photon Plus reduced Then
Why DOCOMO Representatives have not informed me before by the anyone of the media Email/Telephone/ SMS/ News etc. I am a registered Customer of tatadocomo. It is there Duty to inform me all the updates. I am in Great Loss And Cheated By TATA DOCOMO.
I Want My Rupees Refund.
But The DOCOMO Representative Sourav Sharma Said They Will Not give the refund I have to take the device to the icare centre which is 1000 km distance approx. There is My Question .
1] Who will bear the expense ?
2] I recharged Rs.450 to get Photon Plus Speed Not Whiz Speed.And Now why I will spend again About Rs.1000 ? 3] Who will be liable for this kind of loss?
4] If the Device Same Problem Remains Who Will give me the compensation ?
So I informed DOCOMO authority to Make Double the Validity and Memory that I can makeout my loss. But They Declined my This Request Also.
I Have been Cheated BY TATA DOCOMO.
So I want your kind interference to this matter and make my money refund from this cheater.

Subject : Complaint on cheating me ( sending higher bill and close my account)
My mobile number [protected] were MNP from IDEA prepaid to TATA DOCOMO postpaid on 12.9.2012 which plan was Rs. 199 + 2GB (Rs.50) monthly plan. 2GB plan tick mark on my signed plan sheet but not active in technically.
Bill made so high Rs. 7199 ( Rs. 50 calling and Rs. 7000 gprs ) I calls many times your customer care, mailing at Appellate.[protected]@tatadocomo.com and send letter to Tata managing director ( New Delhi ) But not got sufficient answer and all these forced to me for fully payment.
I say to your legal department officer Mr. S. K. Dube on 23/03/2013 & 03/04/2013 that send me legal bill ( which I used and according my plan sheet ) but they angry on me and say don't pay any amount.
If I was wrong then why not send me any legal notice? My credit limit Rs. 1300 then why making bill so high.
