[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — unwanted service

even i have got the same problem. twice my balance has been deducted by rs.10 for subscribing for mano ya na mano which i have nt subscribed..:(
plz do the needful and help me by unsubscribing the unwanted service

it is very shameful to the company like tatadocomo that they are starting services like "super model" on the users phone with out any intimation given to them & deducting RS 10 every day . the customercare didnot give importance to customer they only make CHEEWATYAA TO the customer. VERY POOR SERVICE N DIDN'T STOP IT AFTER REQUEST... : (

I've a mobile connection of Tata Docomo no. [protected] for my personal use. I'am a simple man and do'nt want any value added service from company but they activate services as they want. I've also activated DND and I complaint many time to their customer care officials about this problem but they don't care anything. I think they want money by hook or krook. I'll be very grateful if you'll solve my problem as soon as possible.

Let me be clear I never subscribed for the service. I never dialled any number neither had Data Service active that day. How was this activated without my permission ?

This is not the first instance that I am facing this issue whenever I have high Amount of balance some random service gets activated without my consent and the balance is deducted from my account.

My tata docomo m no. [protected] kept sw off as very frequent massage of mcheck from tata processing appearing and deducting money. Please don't start a service of your own and stop it immediately from this number.
