Dear TATA,
My number is [protected]. i am facing
1) Network coverage issue since last year in the center of city (H-50, Shastri nagar, Meerut, UPW).
2) 3G network fluctuates frequently at my office place, which is also situated at the center of the city. I can use the internet continuously for 30 mints.
3) I am not able to access internet in roaming. I have gone to punjab (ludhiana) where i get latch on the network of idea. I am not able to use that. I have raised the complaint so many times but nobody listens.
4) TATA represtative says that charging in roaming will be done according to th IDEA. But i am the customer of TATA. i am very frustrated with TATA. in roaming in harayana (ambala) charging is done different than in roaming in punjab.
i getting very much harrassed by your services, Please provide the resolution for the problems.
