[Resolved] Tata Docomo — mobile balance reduced to nil | |
My previous complaint : I own a Tata Docomo number [protected], on around 25/10/2012 I recharged rs 250 for rs 250 balance and unlimited internet free plan( which is a popular plan these days) on this number , as per instruction I used APN as TATA.DOCOMO.INTERNETHVC, At the time of recharge my balance was rs 255.36, I used FREE internet till 29/10/2012( around 700-800 mb), but internet stopped working on 30/10/12, when I checked the balance I found balance rs 0.06, although I had not made any calls, I am unable to understand where the balance of rs 255.36 has gone from my mobile balance and internet is also not working after 5 days which was supposed to last for 30 days. I request Tata Docomo to return my mobile balance of rs 255.36 as early as possible, because this has not happened as per the commitment made by them in their advertisement . <end of the previous complaint> As a result of this complaint their executive called me and told that due to some technical problem in our system your balance is deducted and will be refunded till 2/11/2012. new complaint: They resolved my problem on 2/11/2012 and ensured me that I can use free internet till the validity period(24/11/2012) and no balance will be deducted. I used free internet till 8/11/2012 and it again stopped working on 8/11/2012 and balance reduced to rs 0.06 without making a call. I am fed up by problem caused by Tata Docomo service. Tata Docomo — BALANCE REDUCE WITHOUT USAGE OF MOBILE
Hiiiiiii...I am using Tata DOCOMO numbers from last 8 months. Starting i prefer to my family members to use the same company numbers due to low cost and better network. Near about 21-26 persons on behalf of mine join with TATA DOCOMO.
From last weeks with recharge of card without any calls amount reduced day by day.
When call to customer cares--- always they responding will call u within short time and no limit for short period.
Please confirm what is short time in their terms.
