[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Money deduction and booster pack issue | |||
Hi, I am Santhosh, A customer of TATA DOCOMO, I have activate 98 Rs/- booster pack through online and it’s applicable for on net call is 10/ps, on net local SMS is free and data is 700 MB / 30 days but after activate this pack and I have sent SMS to on net local SMS but SMS money was taken First time I have call booked to above issue but no response and called again issue was taken and created case for this but didn’t get any response from TATA DOCOMO people so I have sent email to [protected]@tatadocomo.com First time I received email that type of pack was not available then I have replied with screen shot that email so they called and accept this issue refund my SMS amount but they suggest you will not sent SMS in future and they provided alternate solution of SMS and given 26 Rs/- for SMS service activation Once again I have confirmed to call center people for activation of this booster to affect of my old booster but that call center people assured it’s not affect the old booster after activate this pack my data is services was not affected so then I have called to on net local number suddenly the call disconnected and I checked balance that was dedicated my call chargers of 1 Rs/- sec totally I have talked 26 mins but they charged 26 Rs/- This issue was getting around past 4 days no one clears properly.
