Tata Docomo — Unwanted SMS Packs activated without notice | |||
now then where do i start? for months now, tata docomo has troubled me with unwanted packs being activated on my number without any reason. They have charged me 30 rs for more than 4 times now, I have recently put my number on DID, but that bloody thing takes 45 days. Today, i did not operate my phone for the entire day and I received a message saying that Health Tips has been activated on my phone. my number is [protected] Am growing increasingly tired of this and I would be soon finishing this number of mine (as soon as my balance is over), probably tata will eat it out anyways. another nonsensical comment, from the past 6 hours, i have heard this twice from the customer care executives that the money will be refunded in the next 3 hours, it's been 6 hours, nothing yet. And tata docomo comes up with this? Ratan Tata is sleeping with his mother it seems like
