Tata Docomo — lose my account balance

i want refaunt my account

My cell no is [protected] I have lost my a/c balance .I have contacted to customer care on 23/06/10, 24/06/10 .till now I have not got any satisfactory
answer from customer care executive .Please look into this matter.
