Tata Docomo — My Number barred wrongly

I called DOCOMO customer care 2 days ago to deactivate my number ([protected]) - Cancellation request number[protected]. I have two docomo numbers and had asked to deactivate [protected]. But THEY have cancelled my other number - [protected] This has made my day messy. i have again sent a mail to wecare yesterday to activate my number[[protected]] they said it will be done shortly but it is not activated yet. I have only one number and that to in a deactivate state. my weekend has been totally spoiled because of this. i need a immediate action on this.
