Bollywood Best Scenes Pkg has been activated to my mobile number without my notice.Please Deactivate it and make sure that no such activation is made automatically without my notice. After that I was so much call done to DOCOMO C.C. but I didn't getting any satisfy information. Every C. Executive told me different different Answer. I have this problem from 20 Days. Other wise i have so much choice about MNP. Also TATA DOCOMO's customer care service is very unsatisfying as which facilities services for MNP Customer all this services didn't getting me.
Pls Kindly resolve this problem.
