My Mobile # is [protected]. I am unable to execute *141# service. I attempted several times but I keep on getting same message " Dear Customer your request can not be processed. Please contact customer care for further assistance... " . Please note that without *141# , I cannot avail and select top-up packs myself. Thanks... Kunal..
