Tata Docomo — No given balance till now

Sir,
i got one sheme from tata docomo to recharge of 25 rs. and got 75 Rs, balance on 16th feb.i recharged but the sheme for 20 day i can use balance. 25 rs. for 3 days and 50Rs. till 20 days which would given me three days later.that is not specified in message.
But till now i can"t remain balance 50 rs.i called but again and again told me to check after they will give me remain Balance.i called in care more than 42 times but many time none reply to me and care always busy for others call.
So, sir please hepl me i[censored] r providing to ur services to us for our problems.
