Tata Docomo — No Representation is Picking up call

Hello Sir,

i am trying to contact tata docomo customer care (both 121 and 198 ) but no one is picking up call ( i tried more than 15 times). They say all customer representatives are busy and for further query please mail to [protected]@tatadocomo.com. and they automatically disconnect the call and not putting us in a waiting queue.

My Complaint :

As i have balance of about 400 rs. i want to recharge sms pack by paying from my current balance. i have gone through their website where they have pay through your current balance option but after entering the verification code (which they sent via sms) they are not proceeding. the webpage stays there only and nothing happens.

their website seems to response only when we pay through our debit/credit cards but not through current balance. please help me regarding this and tell them to keep running their website for all options.

i have validity of 30 days for this 400 rs balance so i want to use its part of balance as SMS pack. please help me to contact them.

TATA — not receiving any forms

sir,
i have joined netjobs 4all.com a week ago but still i didnt get any single form till now.i am very much interested to work for netjobs4all n i want to earn some money 4 my studies.i request u to send me some forms.

i created an account to register complaint on tata docomo website to register a complaint online.

we need to fill details on an online form. after filling half of the details they automatically redirect us to login page and says sorry. where we again need to login again and fill details on form again but before submitting request they again give a following message :

Please register to My Account and raise requests & complaints for your Account.
Please click here

where the link goes to Login page. and your filled details on online form is again lost. this cycle keeps repeating. (is it a company's trick? so that most of can not submit online complaints? )
please go through this also because they are also not picking up the phone calls on 121/198 customer care nos.
