[Resolved] Tata Docomo — NO Stable Internet connection | |||
Firstly when you activate your APN on my cell phone to connect to the internet it takes a long long time to get connected and once connected it does not have a stable connection. Tata Docomo — pathetic reception
Tata docomo's reception is really painfully hopeless. I cannot get reception when I am sitting inside my house, which is on the 2nd floor. If i get reception, the party on the other end can't hear me and if I get mobile and move from one room to another, the reception is lost. Years of trust that I had on the TATA brand just took me a month o[censored]sing this hopeless service. Please do not part take in their services is my old advice.
Good thing about docomo: They don't send all those pesky smses.

The problem started again today..I was not able to connect to the internet am still not online...at this time...tried getting the new settings atleast 4 to 5 times to get the new APN settings...still no connection its not connecting at all to the internet. WHY DONT YOU TURN OF YOUR INTERNET PLANS TILL YOUR TECHNICAL ISSUE WITH REGARDS TO GPRS GETS SORTED. THATS WHAT WAS TOLD TO ME BY YOUR CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE that TATA is experiencing this problem with internet for the past 2-3 months.
Does TRAI not have any thing regulating the internet connection problems. Why do the internet companies keep their internet plans open to public for recharge and use, when the telecom companies themselves are facing problem with their services.

Tata Docomo — Do not take Tata Docomo connection
Hello,First of all i was one of the first few customers to go in for TATA docomo connection. I thought initially when it was launched it would provide a good service. I was using the no. i was very disappointed with their serivce and reception. The service provider is here to JUST MAKE MONEY. Their customer care is pathetic. The call center executives do not know how to respond to the calls. They are bunch of Nuts. Everytime the call gets disconnected. They do not have proper follow up on bill collection and they just file the complaint against the customer and harrasse them. I SUGGEST ALL MY FRIENDS PLEASE DO NOT TAKE TATA DOCOMO CONNECTION. Pathetic service, Pathetic people.
