[Resolved] Tata Docomo — NOC for clearance of adjusted amount for wrong produced bill | |||
sir,my docomo no is [protected], in sep 2011 i was conformed by custmer care that there is no roaming charges on internet(on net pack) when inquired by me as i had to go in roaming in october 2011. in december bill they charge total 2713/- rs for roaming on internet.. i was shocked when asked by i complained they were not accepting its their foult, i said custmer care to recordings that who give wrong information, and i would not pay for custmer care wrong information. i didnt pay the bill, their start sending me notice i said its not my fault take your necessary amount in the mean time in december 2011 bill they add 600 rs extra for internet while i had 6 gb pack activated. i called so many time to customer care their seniors and recive lot of call for not paying bill, i complained all of them... now in july collection boy from tata docomo call me and said to pay necessarary amount of bill as i said, i said ok and give 1700/- rs against my (wrong) bill of 4278/-.and take reciept , that guy give me surity that my issue will be solved and i get noc from tata docomo in fifteen days after one month when i didnt recive any noc, i check from docomo office, found that my account is still not closed..... now what should i do , i have the reciept of "no due pending" please advice me Was this information helpful? | |||
