I am also using tatadocomo since last 9 months, Tatadocomo has cheap internet plans but the connection is unstable, and when I spoke to customer care about these fool agents have no answer they even don't know how to talk to customers internet connection suc**

I have a tata docomo prepaid plan on my mobile [protected] whenever I wanted to connect to the internet it does not connect immediately. I have to literally wait for good 10 mins approx or sometimes even more to get the connection. Also once connected its not stable at all. It gets disconnected frequently. My alternate number is [protected]
Please do not ask me to go to live chat as they do not know what they are talking about..when I went to this chat...the customer agent is retriving my billing details...I have given you all the required details... You know what the customer service said to me...u will laugh yourself..

asked fr internet settings again and installed the new settings then restarted my phone and issue sorted ...so ignore my complaint...however plz do look into how the chat customer agents help ...should provide a solutions rather than copy and paste transcripts...
