[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Number disconnected without prior notice/message | |||
My number [protected] is being disconnected from 9th november 2012 morning. I was able to contact yesterday night also. While chatting with docomo representative over internet, he told my number disconnected on ground of av negative (address verification negative) my point is (I) I got no message from them before this service disconnection. Not a single message saying address verification. So, Tata Docomo cut my number without prior notice. I want to ask others in this forum, is that ok? or is it justified? (II) that person with whom I was chatting has said, "sir as your number is disconnected for negative verification it is not possible to get the same number back". So, after submitting my address details once again, I won't be able to get my number([protected]) back. So, I told him that I'll only continue my service with Docomo with this number only. "If you change my number, I'M afraid I'LL not continue with you. If I have to take a new connection, why should I stick to you. By the way, this connection isn't new, it is 6 years old. I don't get any answer that when they reconnect me. I don't know what to do. I may go to consumer forum. I've strong ground that they discontinue my service without prior intimation.
