Tata Docomo — ILLEGAL DEDUCTION FROM MY PHONE A/C | |||
SIR, I recharge our tata docomo phone on dated 06/06/10 at 13:00hr Rs95=00 of internet cord for gprs by ID [protected] successfully then use gprs upto 08/06/10 successfully but morning of 09/06/10 at 06:00hr tatadocomo has been deduct all amount of main a/c of phone upto a/c balance nil.. Wat the hell?
I swear i hav nt purchased this crap from tata docomo.
And when i checked my balance, 15 rs. vanished.
This is not the first time i am losing money like this.
And when i contacted customercare they are
saying "u have used gprs, thats why your balance is deducted"
Really fed up with Tata Docomo
Funny thing is that they even have an ad saying "know what you are paying for"
The question is that if we are not using the service
why would we be charged?
