Tata Docomo — Offering offer & later on not giving... | |||
Actually I have request to port my no [protected] from TATADOCOMO to other net work & I got Port Code, mean while I got call from TATATDOCOMO representative on 14-12-12 at 10.08 am from this no [protected] stating that they'll give good calling rate 1p/2sec & some 200 hundreds Docomo 2 Docomo minutes free for next three months, so I convinced with this offer & she told me the offer will be activated with in 72 hours. Even after passing 72 hours offer didn't activated. Later on I register complain in customer service about this issue on 18-12-12 with ref number PSMR12050592, they ask me to wait till 27-12-12. Today at 10.00 am I got call from TATADOCOMO representative from this no [protected], & she said sorry the said offer is not available. I am asking you why did u ask me to wait & wasted my time, even the offer give by your self. What kind of stupid service you are giving. Was this information helpful? | |||
