[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Online payment | |||
I made an online payment of GPRS pack of Rs 53/- which on Tata docomo website is showing a validity of 21 days. but after making the payment i am getting the sms saying validity of 15 days. on complaining with their chat support (i have the chat copy) their representative is saying that the site is not updated. there are changes in the price n validity. if there are changes n their site is not updated then the site should stop accepting online payment. or should mention that the site is not updated.
