[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Online Recharge failed from official website for pre-paid mobile number:[protected]

Dear Sir / Madam,
I am Suresh Babu, Bangalore. I am TATA DOCOMO prepaid customer ([protected]) from more than 1 and a half year.
As my talktime balance was less (approx. 0.00 Rs.) I got my mobile no. [protected] E-recharged for an amount of Rs. 150/- on[protected] at around 6:00 PM.and the Transaction ID is "MHDF[protected]". My current balance showed as Rs. 0.00 after recharge.

As per the assurance given by TATA DOCOMO in their official website "http://www.tatadocomo.com/online-recharge.aspx" If I do Easy Recharge for Rs. 150/-, I should have got TALK TIME of Rs.150/- with unlimited Talk Time validity. But I have got only Rs. 0.00/=- instead of Rs.150/-. It means that I am under loss of approximate Rs.150/- for the mistake done by TATA DOCOMO.

Immediately when I called TATA DOCOMO Customer care at 121, they asked me to wait for few hours and the bonus talk time would be credited to my account. But it was not credited. When I again tried to call customer care, the call was forwarded and I was asked to mail my complaint to “[protected]@tatadocomo.com”.

But when I told to register the complaint, she forwarded the call to the TEAM LEADER and she also refused to register complaint. What's the problem to register the complaint when the customer insists to register after waiting with patience for 2 days?

It is clearly mentioned in the official website of TATADOCOMO (http://www.tatadocomo.com/online-recharge.aspx) that with the "E-recharge Voucher" of Rs 150/-, the TALKTIME benefited is Rs. 150/- with Unlimited Validity.

Is this the way to mislead the customers? Is that the information given in Official website of TATA DOCOMO wrong? Is that the knowledge the TEAM LEADER has? Don't she know the difference between "E-recharge Voucher" and "Special Recharge Voucher" ? I never expected this from them.

What so ever it is, I am very much disturbed. I want my amount of approximate Rs. 150/- to be credited to my account immediately.

Hence I kindly request the concerned person to solve the issue.
