It is submit that I am a subscriber of TATA DOCOMO and having mobile connection of the Tata Docomo. Now, I am very depress with Tata Docomo Service as the company install Call me tunes service in my mobile and charge/deduct the amount from my mobile balance without my permission or intimation and company has sent only msg on[protected] at Mid night that your service for Call me tunes has been renewed and deduct the amount from the mobile balance. As such, I read this msg in[protected] morning I immediately deactivated the service and call to the customer for refund of my amount but the customer care executive told that service was activated on[protected] and more than 48 hrs has been passed so the amount cannot be refunded as such I told I have received msg after passing 48 hrs it is not my fault. you have to sent msg in time and before renewed the service your company have to ask for permission whereas your company only sent msg after 48 hrs that your service has been activated and charged the amount from my mobile balance Was this information helpful? |
