[Resolved] Tata Docomo — MIGRATION POSTPAID INTO PREPAID | |||
I am using tata docomo postpaid mobiles [protected], [protected] & [protected] since last 1 Year. Since last three months I am requesting the customer care staff to convert my mobile service from postpaid to prepaid, but they are saying there is no such option to me. When i purchased my numbers [protected] & [protected], sales executive promised me that i could migrate my numbers anytime after completing three months. but now company is not ready for it. May request you to look into this and advice how to procede further on this. In anticipattion with possitive reply.
