I have contacted TATA photon internet customer care[protected], on Friday 26th oct.
i placed a request for a new modem based tata photon internet connection.
my contact details were taken by customer care executive and i was told that their representative will contact me and visit my place with said modem on said timing, next day..
i kept waiting..but no one contacted me or came to me.
i contacted the customer care again on Sunday 28th, the representative apologized and told me that their executive will visit me on Monday 29th and my contact details were again confirmed..
again on Monday i kept waiting for their representative but to my agony only...
now after a week on 04th nov i again contacted the customer care and asked about the status of my request placed on 26th oct... but to my irritating and painful surprise.....representative told me that they dont have any request from my no. or by my name... Was this information helpful? |
Tata Photon+ — Pathetic Customer Care
Hi,I am very very frustrated with customer care of Photon+, I have never seen such an irresponsible customer care in the world. I would urge the people not to go for Photon+ and create troubles for yourself.
I just dont have words to write about them, the customer care agents are so irresponsible that they keep you on hold for 40 - 45 min, and most of the times the call gets disconnected. I had to call 6 times to get through and had to spend 3 hours.
Even if you want to talk to their manager, they will never transfer the call and they keep you on hold and test your patiance and ultimately some times after an hour call gets disconnected. God save all the people who use TATA products.
They are just adevertising people, good for nothing. In a single statement ... I am really really frustrated with Photon+, the customer care is just a time waste thing.... the agents are not responsible.
With lot of hue and cry... one more slave of Photon+!
