[Resolved] Tata DoCoMo / Photon — FRAUD BILLING EVEN AFTER REQUESTED FOR CANCELLATION | |||
Only after using the usb internet connection for a couple of months I decided to disconnect the service. I called the customer service and spoke to a lady who took my cancellation, but she did not give me any cancellation number or confirmation number. I also advised her that I will payoff my complete pending amount in the next month and get over with it. I paid of the last amount that i needed to pay to TATA DOCOMO PHOTON and was assured that i wont be getting to use their pathetic service anymore. To my amazement i found out that the service is till active when i checked the usb next month just out of curiosity. I called the customer service again and i spoke to an another reprensatative. This time this it was a male voice assisting me who said that you service is still active and you have a bill pending of Rs125.00. I requested that person to put in a cancellation request immedeatly and end this story. I also advised him that I would payoff the Rs125.00. He said that he would send a person over to my place to collect the money and he would disconnect my service. However no one came to collect the money. This represatative game me a Docket number for disconnection. Towards the end of march I start recieveing calls from TATA DOCOMO PHOTON office that I have an outstanding amount of Rs1113.00. I called the customer service again and asked for a supervisor. The agent would disconnect my call. I called again, and the same thing happened. Humiliated and irritated I did not call back again. A week back I have recieved a bill of Rs1604.00 which made me call the customer service again. I spoke to a a supervisor named RUBIN - whom i explained the situation completely, and he said that he would look into it and gave me a complaint number. Today I recieved a call from TATA DOCOMO PHOTON outbound representative SUDIP MAZUMDAR. This person told me that he does not see any records in their data that I called initialy and spoke to the girl and requested for canacellation. He also said that I was lieing all this time and using the photon service for which i have got billed. He was calling me to tell me that they cannot help me and I have to pay the complete amount. I felt cheated at that point of time. I need help here because im not going to pay these people who don like to disconnect service.
