[Resolved] Tata DoCoMo Photon Plus — device not activated even after 25 days from date of purchase and harassment | |||
It has been 25 days since I purchased the photon plus bundle pack and still not activated. After my previous complain I was given a new num [protected] (original - [protected]) which was activated and worked for 1 day and again stopped working. When I called customer care, I was told I havnt paid the bill of Rs.900. My connection is new and it is applicable for 6months unlimited. I called back the respective Docomo outlet(Visakapatnam - Dwaraka lane1) only to recive assurances(since past 5 days) yet nothing is done. The worse part they do not even pick up my call now. The concerned outlet is in Viskhapatnam Dwarkanagar lane1, My patience is being tested to the max. I am in Bhopal now so could not go directly to shop. I dont understand, why I am being harassed for these many days after paying my bill, submitting documents twice(because of stupid service done in the outlet). Please, tell me what should I do. Do I need to forget that I paid the money?. I guess they are selling customer harassment in TATA Docomo shops, wrongly spelt as TATA photon plus and I am the latest victim.
