[Resolved] Tata Docomo — plan 152 cheating | |||
I recharged through online portal of TATA DOCOMO with the tariff for Plan Voucher 152. The tariff offered was 0.78p/min for local & 0.90p/min for STD calls. But they charged me 78p/min & 90p/min. (It is 100 times what they offered) I made a complaint by calling customer care and they were not willing to lodge a complaint for this. I sent them the screen shot of the tariff offered while recharging and they were keep on saying whatever charged was correct.And now they have updated their online portal with new tariff. I asked them to revert the topup and they were not ready for that. I don't understand how come a company coming uder TATA group can cheat customers like this? its really disgusting.
