I had already written through this website as well as the website of Tata Docomo, The attitude of the customer care & their one particular store, which is located at 92_D, Kitchlu Nagar, Civil Lines, Hambran Road, is very casual. No, response, comes & if something is committed it is not fulfilled. I had requested for the waiver of Rs.300/-, which amount became outstanding due to that particular girl, employed at the above store, but instead of listening & getting in touch with me the aggrieved party. They are lingering the whole issue. All the details have been posted to the company, but unfortunately, they are just sitting on it. I prewarn those people who want to buy any Tata Docomo, product, particularly Tata Photon Plus, to get each & every details from the company, before proceeding further. It is only this department, i.e. Tata Photon Plus, where the quality of customer care is so poor. I have a Tata Walky connection, too, but I have never faced any problem, for the just 6 years.
