I had registered my first complain with TATA on 8th Feb, 13 with regards to faulty instrument.. Till date I have registered 4 complaints & every time they have closed my request with a commitment new instrument within 48 hrs.. I request for cancellation not attended more than 45 days, neither have they provided me basis services of faulty instrument replacement. Company neither providing attention to my complaints, nor processing my cancellation request for connection & sending me monthly bills... which I strongly appose.. very very pathetic service standards associated with TATA brand. They are simply fooling their customer. My complaint numbers are [protected],[protected],[protected]
