[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Port Out Request status

I have a Tata Docomo postpaid mobile connection at Pune, Maharashtra. This connection rarely works as its always out of voice/data network. I've raised complaints for this innumberable times, but the problem still remains unresolved. As a reason I feel trapped as I'm unable to reach my family members when its extremely important. My wife was in the midst of a life threatening condition when no one was able to reach me due to this Docomo Network! Now, after finishing the initial lock-in period, I want to port out from this Tata Docomo network. In this regard, my repeated requests for granting my an NOC are being neglected.
