[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Port Out Request status | |||
I have a Tata Docomo postpaid mobile connection at Pune, Maharashtra. This connection rarely works as its always out of voice/data network. I've raised complaints for this innumberable times, but the problem still remains unresolved. As a reason I feel trapped as I'm unable to reach my family members when its extremely important. My wife was in the midst of a life threatening condition when no one was able to reach me due to this Docomo Network! Now, after finishing the initial lock-in period, I want to port out from this Tata Docomo network. In this regard, my repeated requests for granting my an NOC are being neglected. I've already paid all my dues. I've finished my lock-in period. Hence, I do not understand why an NOC is not being granted to me to port out.
