[Resolved] Tata DoCoMo Postpaid — Getting unnecessary bills. | |||
I have been using a Tata Docomo Postpaid plan with two numbers in it in Kanpur. When I shifted my job location from Kanpur to Bangalore, I had to cancel my account. As there were no sort of option to cancel it online, I contacted that particular tata docomo sim card dealer and asked him to deactivate the connection for me. So as per his information I have made the final settlement and have stopped using the numbers. But I am still receiving the bills. Was this information helpful? | |||
