Tata DoCoMo Postpaid — Unfair Billing | |
Hi, I used TATA DOCOMO postpaid services (phone no. – [protected]) in Dec, 2012 and took a corporate plan of Rs 199 along with 1GB 3G data plan. But after few days o[censored]sage my outgoing-incoming services were blocked, stating me that I exceeded my usage limit. I lodged several complaints through their customer service executives, but no action was taken. I faced a lot of problems at that time and hence decided to move to other service provider. Recently I’ve received a bill from them for Rs 10,414.00 and in that they have charged mainly for the internet data i.e. for 2G Rs 211.76 and for 3G Rs 13661.08. This bill amount is incorrect as I never used that much data. And when I took a plan for only 1GB 3G data under corporate plan, then how could I be charged for such a large amount of data. Also if my services were blocked for the reason of me exceeding my usage limit then how come I am being charged for Rs. 10,414.00. Hi, my tata docomo number is [protected]. I have tried your chat service. But it is too slow and is not well synchronized. The chat messages don't reach the agent instantly and many a times the chat had been closed by your executive qouting the reason that the customer is not replying or offline.

Tata Docomo — Unfair Billing
Hi, on 23rd may at around 6.50 PM i recharged my mobile with Rs.150 (full talktime). After some when i checked my balance i found it was just Rs.50. I got to know from customer care executive that Rs.99 was deducted from my balance for subscribing to a games pack through dive-in portal. I have not even opened the dive-in portal let alone subscribing to some games pack. And there is no message from TATA DOCOMO that so and so amount had been deducted from my balance for some games subscription. After asking many times a complaint was taken by the customer care executive but of no use. I was told that since it is done through internet the amount can't be refunded and the complaint was closed even after me telling that i was not at all satisfied with the service. I also asked to provide the complete details of transaction which they failed to provide. Please look into this issue.
