Tata DoCoMo Prepaid Card — Poor service and unwanted SMS and deduction of amount without the notice of the customer

I am one of the the victim of deduction of amount without the notice or consent of the customer. One thing it is not clear that even after all the deactivation services in place in the system, they are not able to solve the problem and it is persisting more than 6 month or 1 year. I fear to use TATA DOCOMO and to reacharge some amount. For this reason I recharge only a minimum amount so that I should not lose money after that.

The customer care executive’s reply is not all acceptable and they are saying the mistake is purely on the customer side only. They are telling the reasons may be as:

1. In mobile phone some options are open
2. The SMS for activation sent by the Mobile operator accepted by the customer

I have lost more than Rs.200/- for the past 4 months.

I am using the DOCOMO Sim card for the purpose of browsing only. In this regard I have to keep a minimum balance of Re 1.

When I recharge for this reason, they are continuously deducting Rs.5 or some amount immediately.

In this forum I request the operator to look into this and solve this immediately unless they will lose the operator status and usage very soon.

Also request to refund the deducted amount immediately.

M suffering from the same problem they deduct at least 20 rs a month from me without any reason their excuse being either that i have activated a service (which i havent) or i have used internet access which is just a stupid excuse because i always use a 1gb gprs data pack ... What's worse is not only are they charging us for services we have not ordered or use but even after charging us the services are not being provided...internet access is disbarred if balance is below 1 rs and they keep charging me for data usage despite my gprs pack My balance has hovered between 0 rs and 1 rs for the last week as whatever i put in they deduct.I havent been able to use my phone at all for the last 4 days...Those docomo ppl havent been able to stop this from happening to me again despite having to admit their error and refunding rs 50 to my account 2 months back...Nor are they willing to refund all the amount they have deducted + the amount i paid for my data pack which i havent been able to use because of their mistake so i can move on to a better network...my docomo no is [protected]
