myself kiran joshi using tata docomo prepaid no.[protected],i have not activated any services but mobile company deducting daily rental from my balance.i have called so many times to customer care but every time they said this and that service active,now deactivating and will not charge but still deducting..i have visited docomo gallary at malad and their executive also confirmed me that no any service activated and told me from 24hrs it will not deduct but unfortunately still my balance deducting kindly help me out and credit my deducted amount Was this information helpful? | |||

The charges are valid and you are being charged as per daily rentals. The same cannot be refunded back.
