jab bhi main apne mobile me balance padvata hun tab mera balance apne app cut jata hai .ab app check kr ke bataiye ki mera balance apne app cut q jata hai.

my mobile number is [protected] there is irregular balance cut 20, rs /day when net connecting time also balance deductions 20 rs, with out any message informations .already i have complained alot of times but there is no response at all ..pls take care of necessary actions .
and your customercare response i s so ugly, there way of response not all satisfied .there talking behaviour have to change, plz take action on them.
