I AM SAROJ BAITHA MOBILE NO-[protected]. BHEL LINGAMPALLY HYDERABAD.I HAVE TATA DOCOMO PREPAID MOBILE SERVICE .RECENTLY FEW MONTHS THE COMPANY AUTAMATIC DEDUCT MY BALANCE .WHEN I CONTACT TO CUSTOMER CARE FELLOW THEY NOT RESPOND .RECENTLY ON 21/04/2012 AN AMOUNT 30 RS CUT .WHEN I CONTACT HIM THEY REFUSED TO SAY PROPER REASON.SEVERAL TIMES I HAVE FACED SAME PROBLEM BUT TATA DOCOMO FELLOW CANOT RESOLVE MY PROBLEM. "Please be informed that upon checking with our records no wrong deductions have been found. Hence we are unable to process your request of refund. Also be informed that as per our records there is no VAS pack activated in your number. "
