[Resolved] Tata DoCoMo / Prepaid — Rs.80 Balance deduction.. | |||
Dear Sir, I am using Tata docomo Prepaid number +[protected] past 15 Months. I recharged my account using online Tata docomo portal for Rs.111 on 11th Sep I have got main balance of Rs.105 as instructed. Good And 13th Sep I have been charged Rs.15 for Missed call alert renewel charges, which has been activated earlier. I have seen my balance was 89.60 by evening. Suudenly morning i checked my balance and noticed that Rs.65 has been deducted from my main balance without any information. I have checked with service customer care executive.. But they didn't advice me the correct details for the deduction. I need my balance Rs.65 back...immediately. Thanks, Murugan Was this information helpful? | |||
