[Resolved] Tata DoCoMo, Prepaid Service — Amount Deduction from Mobile | |||
On dated 31st Mar. 2010, I sent following mail to docomo customer services. Mail to Docomo Oh dear, Without touching my mobile, IPL services has been activating on my mobile. Today (31 Mar 2010), Post lunch around 2:00 pm. I locked (Keypad) my mobile put it in my pocket. Apx. 3:30 pm, I received a sms in my mailbox written, "U have been registerd for IPL services & Rs. 10 has been deducted". When I called customer care, they replied. "How it has been activated" not updated in their system. According to them, I have sent a request for it. They said, a flash massage appeared on my mobile & I pressed ok. For your information, according to your data. service activated time was 3:01 pm. (Half an hour before, I touched my locked mobile). They also said, I will call them back after 6 by evening, most probably, they can see in system, how it been activated. Surprisingly, customer have to call again & again for rectification of undone error. I want answer of my following questions. -> Who has said to sent flash massages to customer mobile ? -> How IPL Service activated has activated on my mobile ? -> How I can get back Rs. 10 on my mobile ? I will not tolerate this kind of error. Better to clear my problem as soon as possible. I am using this number ([protected]) from past a year & never faced any problem. I had have a good expereice with docomo. I hope you will not disappoint me regarding this issue. Pls reply. End They respond that, from mobile they received request for it & we can't refund my amount. I thought I have no physical documents to prove this & it was just a Rs. 10 issue. No one believe in this case. My question is, Lets suppose, they sent flesh massages in mobile & button has been pushed with a pressure. But who said to sent flesh massage to customer mobile without request ? IInd time sent following mail to docomo on dated 05 April 2010. (Two days before than deduction of another Rs. 10 from mobile). Mail to Docomo Now I don't want any further deduction of amount from my mobile balance. Yesterday, I called customer care & asked a question. How to close this service ? He replied, use *444*011#. I tried (4-5 times) yesterday, but it didn't work & shown msg "Try Again.....". Even today I tried & same msg came on my mobile. Again I called customer care, now she suggested me, try to call on 54321194. When I calling on this number, a tape is running on & asking about just two following question : "For daily cricket combo pack press 1" "For monthly pack press 2" I don't understand why this is happening. Above questions not giving clearity that its for activating services or deacvating services. Also, I want to deactivate "weekly plan" (which activated without request) instead of daily or monthly. Now, she has written complain & number is PGSR 09033229. I hope this time, charges wouldn't be deduct for further week. Can you people look further on this ? Pls reply. End On dated 7 April 2010, After deduction of another Rs. 10 from mobile I sent following Mail to docomo Today, another week charges of Rs.10 has been deducted from mobile. Now, who is responsible for it ? Past three days, I am continuously following this waist of time issue, to deactivate this service before deduction more money from mobile. But instead of to get out from this problem, I am continuosly losing money from mobile. Dharmendra (your Executive), given me assurance that it will be refunded within a day. Can I expect this assurance ? End They have taken too much time to solve my problem. I lost my money from mobile again. Today on 9 april 2010. They called me & said, we will not refund your money. already i have lost my thirty rs. in last month i dont want that same thing happen in this month also. bcas i i already received a message from 54321 that my service will be renewed in 24 hours
so please help me and tell me how can i deactivate that service.

Tata Docomo — push for all mail service
i activated push for all mail service on 8th apr 2010 for which i received confirmation that service is succesfully activated, and my account was debited by rs15/- and other charges of rs 3/- in 5 times for this service which was not activated at all, for which i lodged a complaint on 9th apr under complaint no NWK09693878 they told it will be rectified on or before 13/04/2010 but tio no vail i called them more than 40 times during this period and spent more than 8-9 hours overall talkindg t different customer care person but to no vail neither service started nor did i received refund VERY POOR CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE today 26/04/2010 when i called up they said that the compliant has been closed as resolved and they are not accepting my side that the problem is still there they refuse to take further complaintscan any on tell me what action can be taken to stop this to of illegal frauds and to get proper response from customer care
