Tata Docomo — Prepaid SIM not activated | |||
Hi I reside in Pune. I had submitted all documents for activating a new Tata Docomo SIM on 12-Nov-2012 @ "Buy n Talk", Wanowrie, Pune. Its already 24-Nov-2012 and the SIM is still not activated. Everyday iam visiting the retailer and he mentions it will be activated today. He mentions that there is a new process and hence this is taking this long. I can understand 3-4 days but its almost 2 weeks. Iam not sure whom to approach. When i call Tata Docomo customer care, they mention that i need to contact the retailer. I bye a tata handset and a sim ([protected]) from IRFAN Communication (main road, MANDAWALI) on May 10TH, 2009.
but my connestion is till not activated.
